The Sands is located in a magnificent position on the sea front over looking Paignton beach and green, with the harbour just around the corner.

We are nicely placed in a level position within easy reach of the town and the train, coach and bus stations. We have two off road car parks, so there is ample parking.

This family run Bed and Breakfast accommodation has eleven en-suite bedrooms with a selection of doubles, twins, singles and family rooms with one room on the ground floor for those who prefer not to climb stairs.
